People told me that to write a good blog I needed to talk as if I am telling a story to my friends at a bar, well,  I don't know that I would talk to someone at a bar about Vital Elements of life,(but who
knows.)
Now, If you are somewhere that you can get a drink of water, beer, or a nice glass of Wine,  feel free to go get it now (But come back)
Well,  Here We go.
What are the Vital Elements of life ?
 Well, they are the things that we can not live without. Now some of  you would say Love, Family, friendships, Car, House, Money and other things, and that might be true, all are very important.
( I think I would take a sip now)
Here comes the good stuff !
I was talking about things like Air,Water, Sleep and Nutrition (Whole Foods).
 (I think My Friends are looking at me like I have two heads)
My friends, we are going to talk about Water!!!
We all need it to live, some say you can go 2 days - 2 weeks - 2 months without it,  however, all I know is we can not live with out it. Now, let's talk about water on the go.  Bottled Water!
 ( All my friends want to go to the bath room now)
As they come back,  I tell John , Joe and Sally (Not My Real Friends)  On the way to our office this morning they got gas and bought a bottle of water, when it was gone, they went to the water fountain and filled the bottle up with tap water.  Jim and Larry bought bottle water at lunch. Jane,  you bought bottle water for your son so he would have it for his ball game today.  Sue, you got bottle water for your girls so they could bring it to cheerleading practice.
 (They are all wondering where I am going with this).
1. Have you ever wonderd what you are getting in that Bottle and where did that water it come from?
2  What Does it Cost?
3. At What Price to the Environment?
(They are all looking for the door Now !!!!)
I tell them, " When you go home,  look at this Video and let me know what you think?"
